Carlos Saura游走于两个舞台

细数欧洲的独立电影人,卡洛斯索拉在60-70年代的欧洲发挥着巨大的影响力.他的电影往往影响着西班牙电影的革新.和他的摄影师Luis Buñue一样,他一直运用怪诞的超现实主义的手法表现现实的主观l存在.在80年代,索拉的电影发生了显著的变化,他的路线更加偏向运用音乐和图片来增加视觉化的手法.这种变化的主要可以从他的四部代表作来显示,2部代表前种风格,2部是后一风格:

Ranked among Europe´s elite film-makers, Carlos Saura had his greatest impact in the late 60s and early 70s when his often politically charged films (i.e. La caza) revitalized Spanish cinema. Like his mentor Luis Buñuel, Saura freely blends reality with the macabre and an often grotesque surrealism to create worlds in which reality is subjective. In the 80s, Saura´s cinema experienced a notable change, giving way to more ''visual'' works in which music and photography play a crucial role. This cycle aims to illustrate the two different periods through four representative films, two from each period.
