On assumption that Shanghai is not a typical city of Flamenco nationwide, the arguer draws a conclusion that FlamencoLoverS.com stands for Shanghai only and take no reason to accept that cities other than Shanghai are excluded in FlamencoLoverS.com. This claim seems somehow appealing, while it is weak and unwarranted because of the fallacies it suffered.

To begin with the argument, the writer claims that Shanghai is not representative of the Flamenco cities in China. However, no sufficient explaination is provided to make it convincible. Accepting that cities other than Shanghai held Flamenco activities as well, I can not agree that Shanghai is not the one of the best. Obviously, the author suffers from a fallacy of "All things are equal". No evidence or statistics can support this claim. Also, without justification of other factors such as quality, it can not persuade me to other cities in the mainland can offer better Flamenco than Shanghai does.

However, even it is true that Flamenco activities in Shanghai can not represent those nationwide, the arguer reaches the conclusion that FlamencoLoverS.com is only available to Shanghai users is groundless. To support this, the author involves the following causations: 1. the webmaster lives in Shanghai. 2. one of the forum focus on users in Shanghai.

For the first one, it is nothing but a "Correlation to Causaition". This cause-and-effect relationship between the location of webmaster and the purpose of the website is unproven. If it turns out that the webmaster emigrated to US,  would the website transfers to an English version and serves the Americans? Of course, it takes little possiblity to be the case. Oversimplified causastion is made here without a convincing evidents.

Second, in attampt to over generlize the problem, the author assumes that “Shanghai Tribe" is typical of FlamencoLoverS.com and failes to see all kinds of differences between "Shanghai Tribe" and other forums. In fact, one example is rarely sufficient to establish a general conclusion and too limited to draw any conclusion at all. Unless it can be shown that all the sub forums in this website are only accessible to Shanghai users, this line of reasoning could not be creditable but only a hasty generalization from the arguer.

Last but not the least, although users from Shanghai are dominating in this website, no enough truth to show that users from other cities are forbidden there. It is obvious to all that users from outside Shanghai are sacrifised for those from shanghai. The situation is not a flase dilemma that doing A results in not doing B. On the contrary, all of the users are profited by knowledges and resources shared by all the others including Shanghainese.

In summary, the argrument fails to support the claim with limited evdience and fallacies logically. To strength the conclusion, the arguer has to cite more evidences and demostrate more clearly.
